Consumer Centers, founded in 1984, consists of three business units designed to address the marketing research needs of independent qualitative moderators, Fortune 500 domestic and international clients, advertising agencies and strategic consulting companies.

  • MCC Qualitative Consulting provides insights into unlocking the inner voice of the customerand helps clients to transform these insights into action through the use of innovative and thought-provoking techniques.

  • MCC Field, our Project Management division, provides marketing research professionals with the fielding support and expertise they need.  Working domestically or across the globe, MCC Field handles all the logistical details from bids and holds to screener development, recruitment management to all facility requirements, client updating to concierge services.
